“Do they answer the phone”

Cheapest quote but can't buy online, kept on hold for hours paying 7p per min.
Think they actually are trying to make money out of the phone calls!
Rubbishy service, why can't you buy online if you haven't enough staff to answer the phone? Went elsewhere and paid £100 more. Money well spent!
