“Very disappointing - inflexible ”

Seagulls customer service and unwilling to take on board feedback. Very disappointed - paid for return journey but driver left after waiting 15 mins fr pick up time. So we were stranded including the bride. Could have been a little more considerate. We were suppose to be dropped off by 6.30pm on what was a 25mins journey but the driver left by 5:45pm. Could have waited 5 more mins when the passengers were ready to board. But the driver's company was unwilling to wait. we had too book cabs despite paying a whopping £545 for limo. It was a wedding after all. Completely inflexible and poor customer service. Emailed easy limo about it but no response at all.
