“Fantastic in all ways!”

Being a real novice I went for advice before buying my bike. There was no push for me to buy, but the advice I received was clear, never minding how many questions I asked. I bought my bike that day and have never regretted doing so. Every single person who dealt with me then and afterwards, was polite but very enthusiastic and obviously enjoyed working in such a fantastic workplace. I could hear them talking, discussing and laughing, all happy, but concentrating upon their jobs.
I went back for advice about various things, no-one was ever impatient. I definitely bought my bike from the right place.
They all deserve much praise! If only more places were as interested and dedicated to their work as they are.
I could not fault them in any way. Keep it going!
