Made an order online. On the Friday I informed of shipment but after the weekend was told one of the fabrics was out of stock! Apparently it is an automated system that said it was shipped when it wasn't. The apparent reason for running out of the stock was it being sold in the store. So now I can only have two out of the three matching fabrics. All they would do was refund the one fabric and send out the rest of the order. I now no longer trust that the fabrics they say are in stock are actually going to be sent to me!
I suggest they sor out automatic emails saying the order is shipped and actually update their stock online to say when it is low and may be sold out!
