“I sold my own house”

I'll start with the positives:
Cheap - but I paid for a service I didn't receive, I'd pay more for better service in future.
Get put on Rightmove and Zoopla

Negatives:
I had to chase everything
They promised a valuation but instead provided a rightmove report of house prices in the area
Communication was poor, I had to call or email at least twice to get anything done
You can't hold "we don't have that facility" so have to wait for them to call back, I'm still waiting for a call back from 25 August.
Unless really pushed they don't chase viewers for feedback
They don't update the information dashboard, apparently I have no offers (I had 3 and my house is now sold)
When asking for advice they always threw it back to me, they have very little knowledge.
I negotiated my own house sale as I couldn't contact them and it was easier to deal with the buyer directly as there is a lag in the housesimple message service and messages don't arrive at the time they were sent.
They still don't know my house is sold!
