The camera is slow to respond. When you press the button to take a picture you will wait about 2 seconds for this camera to respond. Most candid shots have come and gone before this camera can take the picture. Often the camera can not take a clear picture. You have to take the shot a number of times to get a decent picture so, again candid shots won't happen with this thing. This camera only has digital zoom. Digital zoom is the lowest quality zoom you can have on a camera. The only thing I like about this camera is that it takes standard rechargable AA batteries. Otherwise I can't wait to get a new camera after I accidentally run this one over with my truck.
