“We have eaten at The Swan many times over the past...”

We have eaten at The Swan many times over the past twelve years and have only once been disappointed. I wonder who the people are who have written such damning reviews of both staff and food. I cannot beieve that thay are talking about the same restaurant. We have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, even when under pressure; and although we have our favourite dishes, all those we have tried have been very good.
