“If I could give them 0 stars I would!”

Considering the patter they give about great customer service, I couldn't rate them any less. I spoke to three different members of staff, all of whom kept spamming and sending me emails nudging me to book - even though I had already expressed a wish to do so! They clearly have no internal communication, and no one ever replies to their emails. They same person kept sending me the same sort of emails without ever responding to my responses.

Considering they are unable to even take my booking efficiently, I certainly don't trust them to get it right on my wedding day!

I have gone with another company, who are much more friendly and helpful - if you want a reliable company use Sparkle Booths!
