“Good friendly and personal service”

Very quick to find a buyer who unfortunately didn't exchange contracts after two months. Not entirely FJ Lord'd fault but at times I was getting conflicting information and had to chase them on a few occasions.
After putting the property back on the market two potential buyers were found quickly and this time communication was good and a competitive price was offered. The sale went to completion satisfactorily with good communication to the end.

I liked the personal service from a very pleasant, helpful and competent agent.
I didn't like the selected photographs taken for the publicity material but this was corrected after comment from myself - eg, no photo of the front of the house.
2% of sale price seemed an expensive fee for the work done.
