I took out a policy from Sainsbury's in May because i had a break down some 18 months ago i could not remember how i last insured with...and i had no car for the last 18 months the only evidence i had that i had 10 year no claims was with Tesco car insurance with Sainsbury would not accept the sort is sainsbury have canceled all my no claims and reset to 0 so will pay many hundreds of pounds more each year my premium have gone from about £500 to over £1400 a year because of my break down....avoid at all cost i am seeking legal advice
