“Worst service department ever!”

The stop start function on my jeep Cherokee wasn't working so I tried booking my car into Glyn Hopkin Chadwell Heath in June 2015. After eventually getting through to someone I was told the car would need to be kept in for a couple of days and the only courtesy car they had was a 3 door fiat 500. I have a baby and a silver cross pram therefore it would of been impossible to get the baby in that car. They told me they had 1 jeep renegade but it was out on lease. So I agreed to wait until it was back in. 3 months later still waiting but the real issue I have is that over the last 3 months I have tried to contact the service department in Chadwell Heath and can never get through to anyone. When I leave a message I don't get a call back. Particularly in the last 2 weeks I have called every day between 10 and 20 times a day and never get through to anyone. I've asked to speak to a manager and am told they will call me but that phone call is never made. They call themselves a service department but nobody answers the phone to provide a service! On the few occasions I've been lucky enough to finally speak to someone they are rude and unhelpful. I am writing this review to warn other people so that they don't waste the amount of time I have! The only other car dealership that can repair my jeep is in Hemel Hempstead and is called palmers. And even though it's miles from where I live at least I can finally get my car sorted! I called them today got straight through to someone and booked the car in straight away. That is what service should be. Quick easy and painless. I will never call Glynn hopkin for anything again. They have always had a bad reputation but after experiencing it first hand I'll be surprised if they are in business for much longer!
