used these product for putting down oak flooring and cladding two set of stairs in oak worked well on flooring and stairs and they are still down six months later with no problems ,would recommend and use again, i ordered from tool net as they was best price on the internet, they are in tubes so you just use them in a silicone gun making it easy to use and keeping work tidy i hope this helps anybody thinking of purchasing this item cheers
