“Cloudy diamonds”

I ordered two rings and the diamonds in the first where shockingly cloudy.they looked like a milky shade and had no sparkle of rainbow colours at all. The second one was also very cloudy.I don't think I'd ever feel confident buying anymore diamond rings cause the quality is really poor.
