I have used Moonpig for many years.
They have supplied quality products and exceptional service all the time....Until....
I had a product delivered this week that was part- broken on delivery.I requested that the broken part (1 cocktail glass) be replaced - the rest of the product was fine.
I didn,t think this would be much of a problem but it is. They wanted me to go out of my way and send the whole product back for inspection (I supplied photographs) and then wait for a decision on replacement.This would mean that the present would not be ready for the date required.
Moonpig- You should check your customers impeccable account history and believe what they are saying, send a replacement and arrange pick up if necessary yourselves. A TRUE TEST OF A COMPANY IS NOT HOW THEY DEAL WITH THINGS GOING WELL, IT IS HOW THEY DEAL WITH IT WHEN IT GOES WRONG!!
With a heavy heart, I have to say bye to Moonpig and hello to FUNKY PIGEON.COM!!
