This company is supplying a vital link (VPN) between 2 of our offices. So vital that without out it one office cannot produce an income. This VPN has been down for 6 days straight and they have no ETA on rectifying. This is the second time in 6 months this has happened. They do not keep us informed, we have to chase them all the time for updates. I will be changing service providers as soon as possible.
