“Don't sell tickets on getmein!”

I sold a reading festival ticket this year on getmein, it was a last resort as i had spent days trying to sell it elsewhere, i sold it on get me in very cheap and it was snapped up right away. I was only notified after selling that it could take 7 - 10 days to deliver the money into my account, this was annoying cause it meant waiting 2 weeks as i sold my ticket the week before reading. 10 days after the event i still have not been payed and its starting to get frustrating. The getmein website has a "contact us" page which is really just an FAQ page and there is very little in the way of contact details. I managed to send the customer service support an email about my issue and hoped they could help. The email i got back said "thank you for contacting our customer service, your question will take 1 - 5 days to be answered". So now i have waited all this time to get my money which has not happened, then i have to wait more time for customer support. Ebay and stubhub are better!
