“Let down by delivery service”

I eventually received my 4.5 x 3 Explorer pop-up gazebo. The quality is great, the support from Rock Awning's was great, but your delivery service (TNT) was so bad that I didn't get it in time for the BBQ. Although Rock Awning has supplied a good quality product at a good price & it is definitely robust, I have been left disappointed.
1. I missed the delivery but was informed that I could pick it up from the depot on the next day (Saturday).
2. On Saturday I drove 40 miles (each way) to collect it for the Sunday (BBQ).
3. They couldn't find it.... I returned home after being told sorry but you will receive it on Tuesday (Monday was bank holiday).
4. Stayed in Tuesday, no gazebo. When I called TNT still couldn't find it.
5. Contacted Rock & they dispatched another.
6. Guess what. Two gazebo's arrived on Wednesday.
Sorry Rock but had you a better courier you would have got 5 stars for your service & the product.
Tip! The product is good, but order in advance.
