Triple glazing units work well but mahogany surrounds and sills were a mess. Plywood used instead of solid timber for Ingos, (Seen better on old tea chests). Various marks on the veneer that cannot be hidden. Nailgun used for fixing so that finish looks like woodworm!
Sills supplied were not deep enough on two windows so a 2" piece of timber was added to cover over the gap! Original sills were made from stair treads and were perfect. What was fitted was very shoddy.
Accuracy of workmanship was poor with timber being cut leaving a gap the thickness of a saw blade.
When someone came out to see what we were complaining about, we were asked what we wanted done about it. We said we wanted the timber replaced and done to a better standard and have heard nothing since.
