“very appalling customer service and racist agenda.”

My family where laughed at ignored,belittled and left to feel scared and alone in a foreign country I have been travelling for almost 10 years and have never been through this,
The customer service reps where speaking Spanish while my sister was trying to explain the situation they could physically see she was distraught but yet they decided to laugh at her and not one of them from the customer service desk to ticket buying desk where able to empathise or show a ounce of compassion.
Tickets where given that where voided and fake Iberia is not to be used or trusted.
