“Poor communication. Manager ignored complaint”

I had to email and ask for tickets and confirmation. Incorrect departure terminal printed on tickets. I called to complain. The manager lied and said they sent me new information via emIl, but had no proof. Never replied to 4 other emails I sent to follow this up. Good £ but disgraceful communication. I have No trust in this company.
