Placed an order on a Friday for Saturday delivery, for which I paid a significant amount extra. No acknowledgement, no delivery, despite several emails and also trying to contact them directly via paypal. Nothing. The email they supply for paypal customers is 'unmanned' - which means they don't read the messages or reply.... ! It's possible something went wrong somewhere in the process, but I wouldn't know because I've received no response from them. At this point I'd just like a refund. Avoid like the plague!
Just to say I also posted another review about this order - they objected to the review fast as lightning and it's been taken down temporarily whilst I prove I made the purchase to the review site, which I'm in the process of doing - but 4 days later I personally still haven't received a response to any of my emails or messages! So Fitness Superstore, instead of spending all your time and effort trying to remove negative reviews, why not address the underlying issues - - put a 'manned' email on your paypal account as a start, then actually reply to customer enquiries. Simples really!
