Good Points
Only had it a week and not wore it for long , already noticing a difference without it on.

Bad Points
Finding it difficult to keep on but going to try the cutting holes in an old bra, also I will only wear it at night as I'm quite paranoid of wearing it in the day in case anyone notices it.

General Comments
I have just starting using this Avent Niplette as I have always been embarrassed by my nipples and it seems to be Working already however it is hard to keep on, I am 19 and hopefully it will work and make me feel less paraniod about my boobs, I hesitated at buying it at first as it seemed quite expensive for something that I wasn't sure would work but in the end and gave in and I'm glad I did, if it does help in the long term its the best buy ever and will make me feel so much better about myself. I definatly recommend it even if the purpose is for cosmetic use.
