Last week I purchased a Aprilia RSV4 from so many bikes and while i find the bike to be exactly what i wanted and at a v good price, i found the customer service to be lacking in some areas.
for instance, some of the emails sent to me had spelling mistakes etc. the salesman who dealt with me was quite young and seemed to get tongue tied sometimes. i felt as though he wanted to get me out the door as quick as possible with the bike and move on to the next customer
it may seem like small picky things but i am kind of concious of spam emails and that sort of thing so i prefer my inbox to be full of professional correspondence only
this company sold me a great bike but they lacked the warm feeling of satisfaction you get when you deal with a company who really helped you out.
My guess is that they have grown quickly recently and cant deal with the volume as well as larger companies so only 4 star
