I have eaten at Thurrock Lakeside TGI fridays many times before. But I think they have changed all staff. I took my wife for her 25th birthday. Service was poor when her starter coming out 15 mins before my own, this was ok we are quite understanding but when the mains 1x ribeye & 1x NY strip come out they were cooked incorrectly we asked for Rare and got well done. Asked for correct steaks as asked spoke with the manager to confirm. When the bill came out we were charged for 4 meals not two the steaks were refunded but only 2 NY strips so were charged for 2 ribeyes. This meal for 2 starters and main came to £63. Manager was unhelpful. I would like to warn everyone this restaurant is poorly run and poorly cooked food, please stay clear.
