Purchased 3rd duvet as loved previous ones. Have 4.5 tog and it stinks! Really bad, looses feathers constantly contrary to description of "quality" cover to prevent this. The stitching also coming undone all within 8 weeks of using! Told faulty returns are to be within 30 days! This is breach of consumer rights, will be contacting trading standards
