“extortionate prices and age restricted entry”

my daughter rang up david lloyd to ensure that she ( 15 yrs old) could get in on her own, the staff member said that if she was with another member of any age then she could get in for free. My daughter then turned up at the gym and was refused entry because she had to have parental supervision, whilst the other member entered she had to walk for 40 minutes back home, david lloyd didn't trust her to swim properly in a swimming pool but did trust shed be safe on her own walking home on dangerous roads. The prices for membership are extortionate for the quality of service that you get, i will never be giving my own, or my families custom to david lloyd ever again.
