“I have been a customer with freaken Penny Talk for...”

I have been a customer with freaken Penny Talk for over 8 years. Always use my card to recharge my account. I can buy at least $100 worth of penny talk a week. Recharged my account for $50 and after a couple of Minutes the call ended as usual. Tried again to make a call get a message that my account was in use when I still had $42+ left on my account. The next day I tried to make a call and get a message that my account had a $0 balance. Called customer service and they could not help.
This company suck and has a really poor customer service. I even think that the people with the stupid name of their company.
