“VERY POOR ”

booking my holiday with on the beach was the worst decision ever, firstly they said it is cheap but it is not, secondly when you tried calling their customer service they never pick up, when you email they take a week to reply. their online chat is always offline, the customer service agents where very rude on the phone. Holiday should be fun but my experience with on the beach was a very horrible one and they didnt even seem to care. never will i or anyone i know book with them again.
