I've been with o2 for just 3 months and I, had more problems than I did with ee/T-Mobile over 14 yrs. I listened to a close family member to change from ee to o2 and its been the worst mistake ever. contract, phone and customer service has all been very poor and I'm, looking at legal options to cancel my contract at the moment, had high hopes but very disappointed.
