“No Notification, auto renewal out of the blue”

Very poor service.. difficult to cancel auto renewed policy.. registered to 'self-service' I did not realise this meant the policy would auto renew. Horrified to see premium trebled.
No Prior warning.
Not looking forward to agro tomorrow when I contact them.
