“never recieved policy paper copy of policy”

payed for virgin travel insurance on 7th july 2015 but never received hard copy of policy as requested.i requested these details 4 times with numerous promises ,ie sent in post ,or posted on,or will resend 1st class .
today I have returned from my family holiday in Ibiza 12th august 2015 and still no policy.DO NOT USE VIRGIN TRAVEL INSURANCE [VERY VERY POOR SERVICE=AVOID]
