I bought the bike back in febuary 2009 mine is the facelifted model introduced in 2008, this bike is rubbish and the build quality is really poor first the front brake disk warped beacaus the material of the brake disk isnt up to the job, ive been having gear box issues since i bought the bike 2nd gear jumps back into neutral on its own and 3rd gear gets stuck and wines loudly as you let off the throttle, now my rev counter cable has snapped and to top it all of the weld that holds the gear linkage to the frame has snapped so now it requers welding which i am getting done under warranty my advice would be dont waste youre hard earned mony like i did and buy something japanese
