When I ordered the rower after a day I changed my mind and wanted to go for another one which was actually more expensive. They would not allow it and kept saying all payments were final with no change allowed! Now the rower has developed some rust and under the warranty it should be covered but I have been told as it could be because of the sweat they will not replace the parts!!? Isn't a rower designed to be used under such conditions? What an appalling excuse. I will never buy anything from this company, nobody wants to deal with this kind of poor customer service.
