“Unhelpul & hard to contact”

I visited allen & harris as I was selling my property & buying a new house. I had the estate agent up to give us an evaluation which went fine, we then had an appointment with the solicitor/mortgage advisor. All went fine he said he would get back to us with a mortgage in principle amount we could get offered. After 2 phone calls to the office & almost 3 weeks later I have never heard back from then. Now they have done a search on my credit for a mortgage applicatiom which has showed up on my credit report & i now need to go with another estate agents & go through this process all over again yet another thing in my credit report because they have failed to get back to us.

I have never come across a buisness who is uninterested in clients.
