I booked a family holiday through Bravofly. My elderly mother was not well enough to travel, so I requested a refund of the Airport Departure Tax.
Despite me forwarding emails from Monarch Airline confirming that they are perfectly willing to refund the Airport Departure Tax element of the ticket to the credit card that was used to make the booking, i.e. Bravofly's, Bravofly are, 2 months and countless emails later, still refusing to refund the money, choosing to blame the airline.
What they laughingly call 'customer service' keep answering questions that have not been asked, e.g. "This airline does not refund ticket money in case of cancellation." They also reply from different email addresses, so there is no continuous narrative in one place.
I KNOW the airline does not make a refund in case of cancellation, all I am asking for is the Airport Departure Tax element of the ticket to be refunded.
I will NEVER use this company again.
