Never believe a word they say to you in person or on the phone. Make sure you have everything in writing (and I mean everything) before agreeing to anything. Their customer service is appalling, rude e-mails, not replying to e-mails. Their emergency service took two weeks to arrange replacement of a fuse.
Be prepared for lots of regular visits when you're not there.
Ideally, have nothing to do with these people.
