I did used to like the Latteral thigh trainer..If you use everyday for 20 mins and build up a sweat..You can loose weight...
The problem is i have suspected for a while that the way in which your knee twists outwards everytime you step is not at all natural.It is not the same as skiing.rollerbooting etc as it twists your leg the other way.forcing more of the lower part of your leg to turn from the knee joint which isnt good.
Low and behold i have recently began using my machiene again for a bit of weight loss after having it a while and after just 2 weeks use 10 mins per day I have Knee pain.It has been 3 days now and i feel like ive been kicked in the knee. ( I had no privious knee problems at all) I also know that fixing any knee problem is almost impossible for doctors and can take years with no end result. So really ill have to throw this away and get a regular "up and Down stepper" I would be suprised if others dont suffer with the same problem now or in the future. Be careful.
