Ordered from Sweden and the package arrived within the specified time frame (3-8 working days), complete with a discount coupon and even few sweets! It always feels good to be treated well - or at least like a person - which is difficult with faceless internet shopping but this little gesture helped it seem like they cared.
The dress itself felt of good quality and looked wonderful, unfortunately I had to return it for a larger size since it had painfully tight arm-holes. I have since read that that is a common fault with Hell Bunny's size 8 (XS). I also ordered the 27" Black Fuller Petticoat by Banned, since I'm quite tall I thought the longer one would be better, but now I think the 25" would've been enough as it pokes a bit further below the hem of the dress than is desirable. All the same, it felt great underneath the dress - the poofiness made wearing them together fun, which is not a word I've used before to describe clothes.
Returning the dress went smoothly, and once I'd received the replacement (again within the time period) I was satisfied. The arm-holes were still a touch tight, while the waist and bust were unsurprisingly not as perfect a fit as the size 8 but nothing egregious.
I definitely intend to order again from Rockabilly Pinup, and also to give its sister shop, The-Gothic-Shop, a try. The only way my experience could've been better would be free returns policy, and free international postage - but that's just me being greedy.
I have had some contact with the webmistress, and each of my messages were responded to promptly and politely.
