i bought the intruder vl 125 last year as i wanted a bike that would fit my frame i'm 17stone and this bike looked great for a learner anyways it ran fine until winter then started to stall whenever i got near traffic lights and had to come down the gears wouldn't start back up straight away i had to wait by the side of the road till it was ready to go again about 2-3 mins i put it into a well known bike garage and after about 3 days got a call to pick it up problem solved and was not cheap... anyways ran ok for about a month the weather was still bad and the same problem started again i lived with the problem up until about 2 weeks ago just had to keep the revs high when slowing down or play with the choke anyway had enough of this and is now back at the garage again been off the road for 2 weeks now as the garage don't know what is causing this problem and are getting in touch with suzuki i know this is gonna be more expense.... all in all a great looking bike for your first one but not cheap on the pocket as you'll have to keep taking it to the garage....ps you will spend as much time cleaning it as riding enjoy.
