“After about 20 mins working out you can really feel...”

After about 20 mins working out you can really feel it. However, the squeaking is unbearble! Tried to stop it by putting grease on the chains (???) but to no avail. It's so bad it makes me stop my workout. I haven't read about people having this problem, is it just mine? If I had the money I would definitely buy another one.
