Good Points
Its is not too bulky and easy to use. Very convenient.

General Comments
I lost weight using the lateral thigh trainer on my tummy so the advert about that is true. Got mine from TV Networks and the chain broke after 3 months of using it daily. Same thing happened to the 2nd chain they sent me.

It also got rid of my bum which I wanted to keep.
