Pre-booked a test drive of a used vehicle. Had the booking confirmed twice by them calling me. Arrived looked around car, when salesman went to get keys for test drive I was informed some one had just booked an appointment over phone and payed a deposit over phone without seeing car. I was then refused the test drive that was previously booked.
disgusting business practice.
