Complained to Wetherspoons head office about clientèle using foul and very abusive language in the bar. Where people were eating along with children. Received a phone call from a lady, she said they would look into it and check the CCTV footage and the manager would either call me or email me. We are still waiting for this to happen 2 months after the event. We did receive an email from head office, but we weren't satisfied with the answer. I sent another email to head office. To be told they had basically in their eyes had resolved the problem. Well in my opinion it is resolved until the manager of the said Wetherspoons, should of been in contact with me. To say how he had resolved the problem. The biggest annoyance, was the fact staff could hear the foul and abusive language and didn't challenge the offenders once. Is it a case they were locals and were scared in case they lost their custom. If it is, good riddance to such a low life pub.
