“Not the full monty”

The product is very good but they have a really overly laid back approach to customer service. Prices are well over the top considering the service is not all in, this is not good. You have to arrange your own plasterers, tilers and electrician, you even have to pay the masons and installers separately; most odd and very disconcerting. I must say I felt a bit cheated, not angry or upset but a little jaded by the experience.
