“Work Experience ”

When calling Pareto Law in search of some work experience the lady on the phone informed me that it would be better for me to give her my email address as opposed to taking theres and then they could get in touch with me (an indication that they are perhaps not too bothered about offering people work experience?)When giving my email adress and my second name ( a fairly common and well known second name) the lady on the other end of the phone then said 'spell it' in a very rude way. As I carried on I spelt out the word 'gmail', as I guessed the line was bad or she just wanted to be absolutely clear she had the right address ( I now realise looking back that was not the case). After I spelt out the rest of my email address she did a both sarcastic and very patronising laugh and said 'gmail'. Although it doesn't sound like much she left me feeling as though Pareto Law aren't very professional and that they have perhaps employed people who feel that they are above those looking for work experience.
