Visited the Ashford branch and saw a garden chair I liked thought it was expensive. Decided to think about it. Looked on line at the item a few times. Two days later it became unavailable online so I decided to try and purchase the one I had seen before I lost the chance.rang the store and was told the show model was still in the shop. Got put through to the furniture department where a very surly girl told me the previous girl was mistaken and the item was out of stock and had been for some weeks. I tried to tell her that I had been in the store and sat in it a couple of days before but she was adamant that this was impossible. I did not believe her and drove to the store- some distance away- to discover that the display model was still there and that there were 2 more in stock. Tried to relay my experience to staff who did not want to listen! Clearly some staff don't actually want to sell stuff!
