The FOS is not worth it. They tell members of public lots of lies to get the Financial services to be their friends.

I have lots of complaints about the businesses
My bank Lloyds bank take money from me and also helping companies such as redwood options. The adj dealing with my complaint concern lloyds bank is terrible and he was not a nice person discrimate me. I give him lot of edvicence from website and also amazon who did not refund me when i asked them the bank go ahead of the transcation and they did not give me the money back. So i went to my solicitor and he told me that the bank is wrong and also the fos is wrong too.
Lloyds bank charges are unlawful and recent court case found lloyds bank charges unlawful indeed.
First direct they ring up work IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS DID the bank record that call or not. question been asked same adj who is un basised
santander they did told my parents about recent transcations on my bank account and i tell the same adj about it and he did not upheld my complaint actully they did tell my parents without my consent.
