“Very poor quality ”

I was the recipient of some serenata flowers in June. The bouquet was a mixture of roses, chrysanthemums and alstroemerias and on the day of the delivery looked very nice, although a couple of the roses were already tinged with brown and the remainder were drooping. I followed the care instructions to the letter and also placed the flowers in a cool room, but within days all the roses had died and the alstroemerias had become to lose petals too. Within a week and a half, they' done over. I've never had flowers that have died so quickly.
The delivery also fell short of my expectations in that they were left outside my house, rather than the delivery person knocking the front door! This may have contributed to the short lifespan of the flowers.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone wishing to send flowers. There are many others out there that do a much better job.
