I have been with giffgaff for 3 years now, and I can't fault the experience.
As long as you are prepared to use their business model the way it's intended, and you are looking for a budget provider, you'll get all you need from them: clarity regarding options, choice of tariffs, no 'lock-in' nightmares, ability to change tariff every month, online help forum.
If you are not keen on finding answers to your questions online, then these guys aren't for you. E.G. I needed to change my phone settings in order to activate mobile internet. It was simple enough, but I had to search a forum for 5 ish minutes to find the answer.
Personally I'd rather that than spend 20+ minutes on hold!
There is a great 'payback' system where you can earn credit just from reading forums, or even earn money by getting others to use giffgaff simcards.
Cheap. Reliable. Refreshing.
Oh and Which best telecom provider 2 years running..
