i recently visited Supercuts at the White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds - can't really say I wasn't impressed at all - the hair cut was mediocre and nothing to rave about. I was chatting with the stylist about 'thinning hair', helpfully [so I thought] she recommended a product to assist with this and proceeded to put some on my hair.
I bought a bottle of the product - not too cheap at nearly £18 but it was only when I looked at my receipt later that day that I realised she had charged me a further £3.95 for the 2-3 squirts of product she had put on my hair..
Whilst I realise £3.95 is not a massive amount of money, this added to the bill, the visit to the hairdressers starts to become costly. This aside what annoyed me even more was I was not told that there was a charge for the ' treatment' and feel this certain (redhead) stylist took liberties.
If nothing else I've learned to look at my receipt immediately, regardless of which store I use
